VS Tech provides AI-powered database operations, real-time observability, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To use our Service, you must:

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs may result in temporary service interruptions.

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
